PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Thaw roast in fridge overnight
• One hour before mealtime, preheat oven to 350°F
• Add seitan roast to a loaf pan with ¼ cup water or vegetable broth. Cover with lid or foil.
• Bake for 45 minutes (or until internal temp reaches 135°F)
• Remove roast from the pan, slice and serve!
• Gravy can be reheated in the microwave or stovetop until hot. Enjoy!
