Roast instructions:

• Thaw roast in fridge or on countertop
• Add roast to a baking dish with ¼ cup water uncovered or 2 Tbsp of water covered.
• Bake at 350°F for 45 min (or until internal temp reaches 135°F)
• Remove roast from the pan, slice and serve!
